Returns are only accepted with 25% restocking fee unless they arrive damaged or by fault of Essential Sequential. Returns are only accepted within 7 days of order.

Missing word balloons and stats fall off and go missing all the time due to the nature of art being production work.

Some of these pages are decades old. Essential Sequential is not responsible for missing word balloons or stats.   Refunds and exchanges are not given for missing word balloons or stats that may have fallen off after scanning.

Stains and blemish’s are also part of production art. Please keep in mind these pieces are done by hand and are working on for hours at a time. Small dings may happen that do not affect the art itself.  Refunds/exchanges are not given for any minor dings or blemishes that are on the art. We do our best to note if there’s any issues with the art.
